AOL offers 2 GB of storage with their free accounts--you do not have to be a member of AOL to sign up. Just click the "Mail" button and then the "Get Free AIM Mail" button. www.aol.com
Hotmail offers 250 MB of inbox storage, and accepts attachments up to 10 MB.
